But physalia physali is Known as one of the world's 10 most poisonous poison, Its tiny tentacles of up to 9 meters long ,as reported in 2000 68% of the people died after stings by physalia physali ! only 32% of the survivors, there are quite a few were damage; Only a handful of lucky keep safe from the killer.

If unfortunate be sting,need leave away the physalia physali sea area immediately ,use clean towel or glove remove any tentacle you can see,don’t touch directly with hand if without any cover.

keep rinsing with plenty of water, or salt water  ,or wound part be submerged in vinegar. Go to see doctor as soon as possible.
